Bringg manages and unifies last mile delivery, fulfillment and returns, empowering enterprises to manage and grow their delivery capacity, reduce cost and provide branded customer experiences. Bringg’s open SaaS platform and robust network of over 250 delivery providers, enables enterprises to offer customers any delivery option, whether using internal drivers or external delivery providers, including 3PL, carriers, crowdsourced fleets or independent gig drivers.
As a Product Designer at Bringg, I joined a small emerging design team to develop and refine the user experience and interface for the company's mobile and web applications. These customized experiences catered to both B2B clients and end-users, ultimately driving engagement and retention. During the early stages of my tenure, when the team consisted solely of my manager and myself, I also had the opportunity to contribute to marketing materials and internal branding initiatives. This involved creating visually compelling assets, such as posters, websites, and branded merchandise, that promoted Bringg's company culture and values.
