Bringg Driver App
At Bringg, I contributed to the development of the Driver App, a customizable solution that enhances delivery operations, providing drivers with a streamlined experience to carry out their deliveries and services with accuracy and timeliness. In my role as Product Designer, I was responsible for designing both the Android and iOS app, working in close collaboration with Product Managers to create a user-friendly interface that seamlessly integrates with existing systems. The app's productivity-enhancing features include driver-initiated route optimization, integrated navigation and communication tools, and order grouping for efficient delivery or pickup.

Problems to address
Complex delivery operations: Deliveries can be complex, with multiple orders to fulfill, different delivery locations, and varying deadlines. The Driver App simplifies this process by providing drivers with productivity-enhancing features, such as driver-initiated route optimization, integrated navigation and communication tools, and order grouping for efficient delivery or pickup.

Delivery driver break feature
The "Break" feature enables drivers to schedule designated timeframes for rest, with a timer appearing on their schedule to indicate the remaining duration of their break. This helps to optimize driver productivity by allowing them to take a break at convenient times without disrupting delivery schedules.
Way points map view
The driver app allows for the display of waypoints on the map, including pertinent information such as delivery deadlines for each location, and provides drivers with the ability to choose to view additional details as needed.
Parcel acceptance form
Upon delivery, the end-customer is presented with a form that enables the dispatcher to collect a signature and other relevant information, including the option to capture a picture if necessary.
Driver app customization
The driver app can be customized to align with the customer's brand, including the ability for customers to select their preferred color scheme for the app.
