Cinch is a payment app that boosts local commerce by converting customer loyalty into cash. Using AI-powered dynamic pricing and transaction data, it allows businesses to change prices in real-time and target local customers to increase sales. Its online funding services enable retailers to raise funds from repeat customers in exchange for discounts, while the Cinch wallet offers personalized savings to consumers. This creates a network effect that benefits both businesses and consumers. As a sole Product designer, I collaborated closely with Cinch's Product Managers to develop both the mobile app (iOS and Android) and web dashboards.
