The comprehensive, web-based platform allows dispatchers to effectively manage, digitize and optimize delivery operations in real-time. This includes assigning drivers, monitoring delivery progress, and handling exceptions. Bringg is specialize in optimizing companies' delivery logistics, and one area where Bringg’s excel is giving them the option to manage their delivery menus. The streamlined process enables businesses to effortlessly add or edit products, create special holiday deals, and gain valuable insights into their sales data. By leveraging this approach, The clients can easily identify their most successful menu items and tailor their offerings to drive even greater sales success.
BI dashboard
The powerful BI dashboard provides managers with in-depth insights into their earnings, enabling them to easily track revenue streams such as orders, tips, fees, and refunds. By leveraging this comprehensive data, managers can make more informed decisions, optimize their operations, and drive greater financial success for their business.
Delivery blocks
As the lead Product designer on this project, I created a system based on a dynamic calendar that empowers dispatchers to easily manage shift times, repeating patterns, and driver assignments. With our innovative platform, dispatchers can seamlessly assign drivers to fulfill each task and optimize their scheduling in real-time. Furthermore, drivers can leverage our intuitive driver app to assign themselves to specific shifts based on their availability, and mark themselves as either available or unavailable to work on specific dates and times. This comprehensive solution streamlines operations and drives greater efficiency for businesses of all sizes.
Live map view and wizard
The Bringg’s platform boasts a suite of comprehensive dashboards that provide businesses with unparalleled visibility and control over their deliveries. The first dashboard features a robust planning system that presents the current status of each delivery with essential order information and a live map view, enabling dispatchers to monitor progress in real-time. The second dashboard offers a live map with waypoints for each delivery address, allowing dispatchers to track their drivers' current routes and optimize their delivery strategy accordingly. Finally, our user-friendly wizard streamlines the customer experience by enabling businesses to customize the delivery requirements flow, as well as the colors and logo of the app itself, to create a fully branded experience that fosters customer loyalty and trust. Together, these dashboards provide businesses with the tools they need to achieve operational excellence and drive sustained success.
