In App Help & Help Widget
The Help widget is a small icon that located in the bottom corner of the app and it's easily accessible from anywhere within the app. The Help widget contains the most frequently asked questions (FAQs) and a search bar that allows users to look up answers related to the use of Codux.
In-app help is an interactive feature that guides users through different parts of the app. This feature take 2 different forms: tooltips and help icons that guide users to the relevant article. This help is context-specific, appearing only when users are in specific areas of the app.
The Help widget and In-App Help are both critical features that enhance the user experience by providing quick and contextual help & information.

Goals
Our objective was to provide a seamless and user-friendly experience for users to acquire knowledge about Codux. This included enabling users to quickly access information and answers to their questions, reducing confusion when new features or updates are introduced, facilitating education about coding concepts, and minimizing the need to contact customer support.
How
In order to optimize user experience and enhance comprehension, a systematic analysis is undertaken to map and define areas where users tend to encounter difficulties or where concepts are perceived as challenging to understand.
The application provides a convenient on-the-go learning feature through clickable icons placed strategically in relevant areas, obviating the need to navigate outside the application. These icons remain consistently accessible via the help icon, and upon hovering over them, a brief explanation of the feature is displayed. Upon clicking, a comprehensive article is presented that offers an in-depth explanation of the feature, accompanied by practical examples, thereby enabling users to gain a deeper understanding of the
application's functionality
